Our classes were designed for dancers of all ages and experience levels from beginner to advanced. Please check out our age levels below to see which level class is right for your dancer. Our final class placement is based on age, skill-level and instructor evaluation. Your dancer's current age will be used as an initial guideline for new dancers.


Ballet
Ballet is the foundation of many dance forms and will maximize technique and longevity in dance. It provides the grace, poise, and technique needed to be proficient in all other areas of dance. Ballet classes will help dancers with posture, flexibility, fitness, balance, self-discipline, and self-confidence.

Tap
Tap is an audible art form in which dancers create sounds with their feet. This class covers rhythm, coordination, timing, and proper tap technique. Students will learn about musical timing and how to unite their feet, arms, and body to the beat of the music.

Contemporary
Contemporary dance blends elements of ballet, jazz, and modern styles to create expressive, fluid movement that tells a story. Dancers will explore emotional expression, body awareness, and dynamic technique through improvisation, floor work, and choreography.

Jazz
Jazz is a fun, high-energy dance form that develops technique, rhythm, and style while building strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Jazz dance includes strength, flexibility, and conditioning techniques and progressions, including turns, kicks, and leaps. In a jazz class, the dancers also learn many fun and trendy dance steps that are used for all forms of dance.

Hip Hop
Hip Hop is a combination class that focuses Hip Hop with Jazz. It is expressive and primarily focuses on choreography and style. Hip Hop is a fun and high-energy class for kids who want to learn some of the most popular dance moves! Dancers will learn fun, age-appropriate choreography!

Pre-Pointe & Pointe
Dancing on pointe is the act of standing on the tips of the toes while performing steps from ballet. It is performed using hard-toed and stiff-shanked pointe shoes. Dancing on pointe requires strength and skill, so prior permission from the instructor is required before students begin taking pointe classes.

Musical Theatre
A fun, energetic class designed for dancers ages 7 & up who want to explore the world of musical theatre! Students will build confidence, stage presence, and expressive movement through acting, dancing, and storytelling. This class helps dancers develop their performance skills in a supportive, creative environment — all while having a blast with their classmates!

Acro
Acro/Tumble classes are for the innate tumbler in every child. These classes develop flexibility, control, strength, and motor skills. Class skills include but are not limited to: Forwards Rolls, Backward Rolls, Bridges, Walkovers, Handstands, Elbow Stands, Chin Stands, Cartwheels, Round-Off's, Handsprings, Ariels & More.
